Colorado, Bears, and Star Wars Galaxies
I've been away on vacation in Colorado recently, and was amazed at how many oxygen bars I saw in Vail and Breckenridge. So I decided to look up whether there's any benefit to these oxygen bars. According to this report, excessive oxygen may be bad for your health.
While I was out in Colorado, I heard stories about black bears breaking into people's kitchens and swiping sweets. This is considered a bad thing, and the bear is either rehabilitated, relocated, or shot. Seems unfair, since the bears were probably there first. According to this article, it seems that bears are shot more often than not. People need to be more careful about leaving food out, or creating smells to tempt the bears.
Being in Colorado has put me more in touch with the outdoors. Perhaps a bit more than I would normally have liked, seeing as how the spot where I wear a part on my head was mildly sunburnt. I'm glad to be back indoors now playing Star Wars Galaxies. I am now less than 1000 experience points short of obtaining the Hunting III skill set.
